Management :-Generally management is an art to create an organization where a particular environment is created to achieve a particular goal.
In case of business organisation our aim or goal is to achieve more and more benefit better products. Management is one of the important part of our life. This helps in earning more and move benefit in short duration.
Each person of the world is associated with management, without management development can not be possible.
Function of Management:-
There are following function of management.-
1.Planning:- Generally planning is the process of futures seeing about an organization. This includes following questions-
- Where organisation will setup.
- which product will be formed.
- Where product will be sold.
- who provides raw material.
- Which machine work in production.
- How many labors will work.
- Who provides electricity and capital cost.
3. Co-ordination:- Generally, an industry material department, production department, sales department etc. These department should work with better co-ordination so that perfect and continuous production occurs in the organization. Thus we will get better benefits.
Example-
if co-ordination between raw material department and production department is not so good then industry will stop due to lake of raw material. In that case whole the machines and labor and machine will be idle. In this case no production occur but payment should be given. This will give a greater loss to us. so better co-ordination should be necessary for a good business organization.
4. Directing:- In case of production industries the design of products should be changed time to time by providing some direction to the work and operator these direction decide design of products, weight of products and quality of products. Thus modified form of the product get better response in the market.
The person who gives these directions is know as directing. Directing also include training of workers. Thus it is very necessary for business organization.
5. Controlling:- In this process we control the number of products, composition of products, manufacturing process of the product etc so that no products will be destroyed.
controlling is an important part of an organization. We can make a better co-ordination and response from the market. Thus we will get more benefits.
6. Decision Making:- Generally, it is also referred as risk taking activities. This include taking of right decision at right time. This will provides a better organisation in such cases and we will get overall more benefits.
