Principles of Mangement
Management have following 14 Principles :-
1. Division of Labour or Work:-
In case of a business organisation the work and labours should be divided into several parts and allow skilled operates or labour for each type of works. This will give better production with better quality. so we will get better benefits. Some important type of work are engineering works, management, works, sales works, processing works etc.
2. Authorities & Responsibilities:-
In case of business organization authorities & responsibilities are two major factors, that should be distributed among the people of organisation. Authorities will provide better work by the labours. How ever allotment of responsibilities among the persons cause quality best products and work that will completed at proper time.
3. Discipline:-
Discipline is the one of the major part of an organisation. This makes whole the operation proper and regular. This provides a better environment in the organisation so that each person works efficiently and better situation of production occurs. Without descipline or industry will stop permanently. So it must be maintained in the organisation.
4. Unity of Command:-
In case of business organisation & Production organisation there should be one person persecution to provide commands or orders to the workers. By doing so we can make the labour work proper without confusing the labours.
5. Unity of Directions:-
If all the person of an organisation think in same direction for their works to be good then a business organisation can be develop with better speed & with better profits. If all workers thinks to do better work for the organisation then development will be very easy for that organisation.
6. Subordination of Individual Interest to General Interest:-
In business organisation the individual interests thoughts should be matched with the interest and thoughts should be match with the interest and thought of the organisation. If all the workers and management have same thought then a better environment is develop for the production that will make better development of the organisation.
7. Fair Remuneration:-
In business organisation a fair or proper salary & facility should be provided to the workers so that they have work satisfaction. It work satisfaction is maintained in a organisation between the worker then they work with better effort. So quality of the production will be better.
8. Centralization of Authority:-
In case of a business organisation a number of authorities are present & they work separately to get a better management between the authorities centralization of all authorities should be present. So that central authority can manage all the department perfectly.
9. Scalar Chain:-
The chain formed from higher authority to lower authority is known as a scalar chain. This chain is continue most of the time but it may be discontinue under certain emergency conditions.
10. Order:-
In case of business organisation there is a number of machines and workers. The machines & workers, should be arranged in a proper order so that less manufacturing cost and less transportation cost occurs. Thus we will get more benefits from the organisation.
11. Equity:-
In business organization the worker of same batch should have the same right and no one can insult any other person. Thus equity should be maintained. This will provide better environment in the organisation.
12. Stability:-
In a business organization the stability of workers should be maintained. This will provide better production in the industry. If some workers joined an industry and suddenly leave the industry. So overall output of the industry affects. So it should not occur.
13. Initiative:-
In a business organization some person should be present that can take interest in developing plans and products. Thus product will get better response in the market. Thus more benefit will be earned.
14. Tam Spirit:-
Team spirit inspire the workers to do hard work for the organisation so that challenging works can be possible. This will be very important thing for an organisation.
Evaluation of Management
Generally the specific data or month for the evaluation of management is not defined. In our history the king of a geographical region can be regarded as a manage the manage their people in a particular manner. This historical kings was just manager. However industrial management was born from 19th century. When industrial revolution was started in this country several industries and factories was established to make various type of productions. In this country people think about management to get more and more benefit in short duration. From that country to present country management increases very rapidly and overs wide area across the world.
